In-Person Visit Required to Proceed

To protect the safety and best interests of our children, the prospective adoptive parent(s) must visit our trust office in Thane in person to initiate the process. Alternatively, after you submit your inquiry below, our team will review the details and contact you via email or phone to schedule an initial mandatory meeting. Only after this physical meeting will any legal adoption process proceed.

Our Verification Process

We adhere to high ethical and legal standards to ensure safe placement.

01

Application Submission

Prospective parents submit an inquiry form and complete their details, including identity, marital status, income source, and home study reference.

02

Identity Verification

A rigorous screening process is initiated, verifying Aadhaar card records, local police clearance certificate, and income tax statements.

03

Court finalization

All adoptions are completed only after official orders are passed by the Competent Court in compliance with Child Welfare Committees (CWC).

Important Policy — Long-Term Residents & Family Claims

In cases where a child has been under the care and guardianship of Bavada Trust for a long period of time (e.g. more than 10 years) and a biological family member later comes forward claiming custody:

  • A strict legal identity verification protocol is automatically activated before any meeting or handover.
  • DNA verification reports and court-verified biological matching proofs are mandatory.
  • The trust legal team will immediately petition the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) and the Competent Court.
  • The emotional, educational, and physical well-being of the child remains our supreme consideration.
  • No child will be transferred or removed from the trust without an explicit court order and legal clearance.
Legal Disclaimer: Bavada Trust does not engage in, support, or facilitate private, unofficial, or illegal child adoptions. All procedures are conducted strictly as per statutory provisions. The trust reserves the right to reject any inquiry raising safety, financial, or ethical concerns at any point during review.
