We maintain high-standard security safeguards to protect all online donation activities:

• No Payment Card Storage: Bavada Trust never records, holds, or processes credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers.
• Secure Gateways: All direct online banking transactions are redirected and processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processor channels (Axis Bank).
• UPI Payments: Donations completed via scan-and-pay utilizing our QR code are handled securely within UPI application architectures (BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).

• Service Administration: Processing elder admissions, managing child education plans, coordinating legal adoption requests, and scheduling volunteer duties.
• Tax Compliance (80G Benefits): Processing donor PAN cards to submit annual Form 10BD filings with the Income Tax Department of India, generating secure tax deduction receipts.
• Communication: Dispatched digital payment receipts, registration status updates, emergency updates, and trust newsletters.

To guarantee the maximum physical security of our children and elderly residents, the physical ashram facilities are monitored by active CCTV surveillance:

• 365-Day Event Recording: In full compliance with national minimum standards for elder homes, all main public corridors, entrance gates, dining halls, and garden footage are securely recorded and archived for 365 days.
• Absolute Privacy Zones: Cameras are strictly confined to public and common zones. Under no circumstances is CCTV surveillance deployed inside resident bedrooms, dormitories, changing rooms, or washrooms.
• Strict Confidentiality: All recorded footage is classified as strictly confidential. Files are never shared or published, unless officially requested under police warrant or judicial order.

Bavada Trust maintains a strict zero-spam, zero-rent, and zero-sale policy: we will never sell, lease, trade, or share your personal database with commercial advertisers or marketing agencies.

Your details are shared only under these exceptional circumstances:

• Statutory Filings: Fulfilling auditing filings with the Charity Commissioner of Maharashtra or uploading donor lists to the Income Tax Department for 80G processing.
• Medical Emergencies: Transferring health logs and identity files to hospitals or doctors during sudden medical crises involving an ashram resident.
• Judicial Commands: Complying with direct subpoenas, police requests, or court-mandated disclosures.
