Photography, video recording, and audio recording inside the Bavada Trust ashram premises — including the residential quarters, common dining rooms, medical centers, and play areas — are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the trust management.

This regulation is strictly enforced to guard the legal rights, privacy, and personal dignity of our residents. Many children and elders have personal or legal sensitivities that must be protected.

• Personal photos of residents must never be captured without their explicit consent.
• Recording or broadcasting any resident's private life history or voice is prohibited.
• Posting photos taken inside the premises on personal social media handles requires written clearance.
• Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the premises and potential legal actions.

All visitors are expected to maintain a calm, courteous, and respectful demeanor during their stay on the premises. Residents must not be disturbed, overwhelmed, or approached intrusively.

• Loud noises, arguments, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
• Visitors must not engage residents in emotionally distressing topics or forced theological/religious debates.
• Children accompanying visitors must remain under adult supervision at all times.
• Visitors must follow all directives issued by the ashram staff and supervisors immediately.
• The trust reserves the right to deny access or ask anyone to leave if their behavior is deemed harmful to the residents' peace of mind.

We warmly welcome supporters who wish to celebrate birthdays, festivals, anniversaries, or memorial days with our residents. These activities bring immense happiness to our community.

However, to ensure standard daily schedules are not disrupted, the trust management will provide a **separate, designated celebration room or common activity area** for all events:

• Prior scheduling with management is mandatory (at least 3–5 days in advance).
• All food items brought for distribution must be pre-approved by the trust kitchen due to strict health, hygiene, and dietary restrictions.
• Events must begin and conclude within the approved, pre-arranged time slot.
• Distributing gifts, sweets, or cash directly in residential zones without staff supervision is prohibited.

For safety and sanitation reasons, **visitors are not granted free, unescorted access to the entire ashram property.** Several sectors are strictly classified as restricted zones.

Many residents may have ongoing medical conditions, vulnerable immune systems, emotional trauma, or specialized nursing care demands that require controlled environments:

• Medical clinics, isolation wards, and nursing centers are closed to all unauthorized visitors.
• Children's residential wings, nurseries, and classrooms are accessible only with a designated staff escort.
• Elderly private bedrooms are personal spaces; visitors may not enter without resident consent and staff approval.
• The kitchen, storage rooms, and administrative database desks are strictly off-limits.

The management of Bavada Vrudhashram and Balanathalay Trust reserves absolute authority to refuse admission, cancel volunteer shifts, or restrict entry to any visitor, donor, or guest at any time without prior notice, if deemed necessary for resident protection.

Grounds for denial of entry include (but are not limited to):

• Failure to comply with the visitor code of conduct or staff instructions.
• Suspected attempt to exploit, photograph, or harass a child or elder.
• Visible signs of contagious illness or fever that pose a threat to resident health.
• Being under the influence of alcohol, tobacco, or restricted substances.
• Unauthorized trespassing into marked restricted zones.

All active volunteers, social workers, media members, and visitors must unconditionally adhere to all rules, briefs, and codes of conduct shared during onboarding.

• Volunteers must attend a mandatory orientation session before beginning their duties.
• No visitor or volunteer is authorized to make private commitments, legal agreements, or financial promises with residents.
• Press coverage, interviews, or media publications require prior written authorization from the managing trustee board.
• Spreading religious, political, or corporate promotional materials is strictly prohibited.
• All information, medical files, and identity records of residents are classified as highly confidential.

All donations completed via our secure payment portals or official UPI ID (bavadatrust@sbi) represent voluntary contributions supporting our social welfare projects.

• Non-Refundability: As a registered public charitable trust, all donations are considered final and non-refundable, except in verified cases of technical payment duplication.
• Compliance Allocation: Under standard operational and legal frameworks, 2% of each online donation is directed to mandatory transaction and compliance allocations, while 98% goes directly to operations.
• Error Reports: In case of transaction issues, write to bavadavridhasramtrust0612@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with official bank deduction statements.

Bavada Trust is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, providing tax benefit eligibility certificates to eligible Indian taxpayers.

• PAN Verification: Donors claiming 80G tax deductions must submit their correct PAN details at the time of payment. Incomplete details will result in failure to upload the return to the IT Department (Form 10BD).
• E-Receipt Dispatch: Automated digital donation receipts will be emailed within 48 hours of successful bank clearance.

The entire layout, custom coding, text articles, logos, graphics, and high-resolution photographs displayed on this website are the sole intellectual property of Bavada Trust.

• No part of our website design, assets, or database may be copied, modified, or distributed without explicit written permission from the Managing Trustee.
• Under child safety regulations (JJ Act), downloading or copying pictures of our children for promotional use or external sharing is strictly illegal and subject to criminal prosecution.

Bavada Trust provides this website, inquiry forms, and transaction modules on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied.

• We do not warrant that our servers, portals, or emails are completely free of technical glitches, network interruptions, or malware. The trust is not responsible for any technical issues arising from site use.
• Our pages may link to third-party secure banking hosts. The trust is not liable for their policies, terms, or security protocols.

These terms and conditions, along with all operations of Bavada Vrudhashram and Balanathalay Trust, are governed by the federal laws of India and state guidelines of Maharashtra.

• All disputes must first be submitted to our management board for amicable dispute resolution.
• If unresolved, any legal suits, complaints, or actions must be filed exclusively in the competent courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India.

Bavada Trust operates its residential structures, caregiver standards, medical safety audits, and nutrition plans in strict alignment with the **Minimum Standards for Senior Citizen Homes (March 2024 Guidelines)** issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.

Bavada Trust operates several specialized residential care wings across different branches. To guarantee the privacy and safety of our children and elders, the exact geographical locations of our branches are kept strictly confidential.

• Central Registered Office: Our office address in Tembhi, Thane is our only publicly disclosed address and is the central contact point for all physical donations, paperwork, and meetings.
• Allocation & Transfer: Upon registration approval, the individual will be assigned to a specific branch matching their specialized care requirements and branch capacity, and safely transferred within a few working days.
